2012 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championships
DescriptionGillette Stadium and Boston to host 2012 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championships Gillette Stadium will once again play host to the NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championships on Memorial Day weekend in 2012. The championships weekend include three days of lacrosse action - the Division I Men’s semi-finals and championship game, the Division II championship game and the Division III championship game. The Men’s Lacrosse Championships were held at the stadium in 2008 and 2009 to record setting crowds. Tickets are on sale and available through the Gillette Stadium website and box office. Description Gillette Stadium is a world-class event facility located in Foxborough, Mass. It is the home of the NFL's New England Patriots, and the New England Revolution of the MLS. Gillette Stadium partially opened on May 11, 2002 with the Revolution. Its Grand Opening was on September 9, 2002 when the Patriots beat the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football. |
